problem with HCMT is that he always has to be the alpha. That why his coaching tree got no leaves. He had that guy from the dolphins last year and that dude bolted when he got the shot. Requirements to get a job for HCMT: low smarts, low charisma, low rent.

I am kind of surprise that the Steelers did not replace Matt Canada with Eric Bieniemy this off season.  If Tomlin can make the Hall of Fame as a head coach maybe Bieniemy can make it as an Offensive Coordinator. After all he has more Super Bowl rings than Tomlin.
