Tomlin piggy backed Cowher's team when he won the Superbowl and Colbert has made him look good since. I'm sick of Gerry Ducrack defending him with the "he's never had a losing season". Who cares, we should have won at least two super bowls these past 10 years with the players we had. Tomlin has always been our Achilles heel!!
