They always want to run, but this defense has been leaky. I'm sure they have a plan to take advantage of some of their weaknesses.

Will we see TJ moved around today? Or is leaving him on the rookie tackle the right move?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:18
I'd leave him on Mims.

I'm not a professional DC, but with all the double-and triple-teaming on Watt, why not blitz behind him with with Queen or Elliott?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:47
They did that a little against the Browns. They don't like to do it because it gives them fewer players in coverage.

I've been a fan for 51 years and my 2 cents: 1). The most boring 8-3 team in the NFL and 2.) I'm not convinced 9-8 isn't this year's destiny. Your thoughts?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:49
Well, 9-8 would be a big disappointment after the start they had. But this is a big game today. Not a lot of gimmes on the schedule the rest of the way.

The only thing that is going through my head: how many long td passes will the Steelers cb’s give up? Three pops into my mind. Steelers -38  Bungles - 35.

My prediction: Steelers 38, Bengals 34. I think we're going to see some points on the board today.

Possible we see more blitzing today to force ball out quicker and not let those patented Bengals deep shots develop?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:50
Burrow is excellent against the blitz, so I think they'll pick their spots if they do bring pressure.

Aaand here come the fellas out of the tunnel. Boos aplenty but still a lot of empty seats here at Paycor Stadium.

What’s the over under on Porter penalties today?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:51
2 over or under?
Brian in VA
12:52
I’ll say 1.5

Predictions anyone?
Brian Batko
12:54
I said Bengals 29, Steelers 27 in today's paper. But honestly could see it going either way. Not much would surprise me because it seems like there are just so many high-variance factors involved with this one.

Prediction:  we forgot how good Burrow is and that he can run

Ok everyone, kickoff is near. Paul Zeise will be joining soon to take you through the rest of the game. Enjoy your Sunday.

Joe Burrow is here, I can confirm. Later, folks.

Will the market ever change so that guys like Derrick Henry and Saquon Barkley can get paid like a petulant receiver?  Seems like a GM would be wise to stock up on running back talent  given the bang for the buck.

Gentlemen, it's 12:33 pm, has Boswell already kicked a field goal?
IL Steel

With Cincy's deep-ball threats, I predict Minkah lines up 40 yards deep. Steelers find a way to win a typically ugly game today.

Hope I am wrong, but with the Bengals at home, they will win today.  Bengals by 4.  UGH.
Zeise

Steelers 30, Bengals 24
Ken

Analytics have Bengals a 51% chance of winning.  Very close.

If the Steelers win will they plant a flag at midfield?

Had he not got there early would it have been called necessary roughness?
