this is not an easy spot when your team is this bad. Need to remember real lives are impacted, but as a coach he knows what he signed up for when things go sideways. That bewildered look says enough you got nothing left

i will always root for the Steelers, but it is really hard to continue to support them when the coaching staff continues to make poor in-game decisions while also poorly preparing the group to play in December. At what point do the Rooney's make a coaching change?  How does someone keep their job after/if they suffer five losses in a row after going 10-3?
