End of 2nd quarter grades:  Offense: D (Turnovers and penalties have really hurt them); Defense: D (first quarter A & 2nd quarter F); Special teams: C+ (nothing special except FG) Tomlin's time management at the end of the 2nd quarter really was poor.   Analytics show the Bengals as a 65% of winning this game.  Bengals get the kickoff in the 3rd quarter.  Joey Porter looked very, very bad.

Awful play but boy we got absolutely screwed by the officials. There were two plays that blown dead that should have been a running clock and a horrible PI call.
