Watching those old bad teams of the late 80's was frustrating because there didn't seem to me any direction where they were going. Plug and play hope for the best. Watching this now feels the same, No hope for where they are going.

This is the end of the Tomlin era.  Oh he won't be fired but it's over.  Just like Andy Reid got stale in Philly so too has Tomlin.  I fear it will take the Rooneys 2 more years to figure that out.  It's just time to move on
