End of 3rd quarter grades:  Offense:  F-  (only 6 points against a 2 and 8 team?  Really?)  Defense: B (only 10 points over 3 quarters); Special Teams:  C+ ( 2 FGs and not much more).   Browns are a 80% chance of winning.
