The Steelers aren't disinterested or soft. They're just old at some of the most important positions.It is a talent problem. They have enough talent to beat bad teams. Nowhere near enough talent to be a contender, so they are one of those teams that will look good one week and awful the next. It isn't coaching or play calling, or being soft. It is talent.
