Did Rodgers check to passes on 1st and 3rd down?  Or was it McCarthy who called passes there?  Also Logan Ryan on the broadcast made the good point that McCarthy should have used both timeouts to save time if the Bucs made the kick.

What is this poor play calling? McCarthy should have run it more near the goal to run the clock down. Warren couldn't get it on three runs from the 4 yard line? Then why call a time out on the kick. Make them rush it. What is going on here?
