Ben should have NOT been brought back this season, they should have seen what they had with Mason. The OLine was not addressed well at all. That to me is a fireable offense right there. The promotion from within that permeates in this organization needs to change. It's time to bring in fresh minds from other organizations. And Tomlin needs to stop calling the defensive plays. It was said that Tomlin not Butler calls the plays. He obv isn't good at it, just look at the blowouts the past 5-6 playoff games for example. Defense gets shredded. And lastly the Matt Canada hire/promotion was a failure from the start. He never was a pro OC and his playcalling was never going to work with a statue QB who can't move anymore.

Just like Reid left Philly and went to KC for a fresh start, I think it's time for Mike Tomlin to move on. 3 playoff wins in the past 11 seasons, blowout losses in the past 6. I think he talks a good game but doesn't deliver.

This is the best Tomlin can do. He brings little value to the Steelers. Enjoy mediocrity as long as the head coach remains Mike Tomlin.
