Jon Kolb, sorry but that is absurd. His record over his tenure speaks loudly for itself as for "playing to win". Again, if you think he is a scaredy cat, that is pure projection and not based on reality. He would not be a head coach for so long with his record if he was a "scaredy cat". In fact, no NFL head coaches are. There are good and bad coaches but none fit that category.
