The good news is if they implode the rest of the season, maybe there’ll be a major shakeup in the coaching staff. I agree with PZ that Tomlin isn’t going anywhere but maybe others, OC, DC, ST and some others.  The problem is do we trust Tomlin to select some good assistants?
