Hey everyone, I'll be back closer to game time to chop it up with you all. Steelers are 3-0 when we do these live chats, so you better get active. Talk to you soon.

If victorious, would this be the Steelers first 4-0 start ever?
Brian Batko
12:58
No, but it would be the first since 1979, and only fourth ever. Go Akron Zips, by the way.

Go Steelers!  Awesome start for the season.

My bold prediction for the day: Rookies Chase Claypool and Anthony McFarland both score touchdowns.

Do you expect Ben to be calling more plays himself today or the standard Randy Fichtner plays then let Ben call the hurry up/no huddle.  Seems like the offense is much more in sync when Ben is enabled to read the defense and call plays.  What do you think Brian?

I think Ben Roethlisberger has looked much better in the two-minute situations, and it would make more sense for the Steelers to do more of that. And let the OC "suggest" a few things here and there.

Hello folks.  I'm listening to Steelers on internet radio again with Raiders/Chiefs muted on TV.

Steelers win coin toss - 4 in a row. Wow.

They're on a roll! Welcome back, rman

Pittsburgh kid Miles Sanders gets smacked behind the line on first play from scrimmage. Welcome back to Heinz Field, Miles.

Should Steelers sign Antonio Brown?

The Eagles maybe.

And the Steelers are already on the board with a sack of Carson Wentz, birthday boy T.J. Watt. Eagles have to punt.

What's everyone snacking and sipping on?
And who had Ray-Ray McCloud with the first touch of the game? Screen pass goes nowhere.

Iggles still have a good pass rush?

Yes, very good. League-leaders in sacks.

Not sure, I'm at home. Gerry Dulac and Ray Fittipaldo are at Heinz Field, so I'm handling chat duties.

We need to break this opening drive streak of no TDs.

Not looking good now after a big sack by old friend Javon Hargrave and Fletcher Cox. Third and 16 coming up.

Realize how lucky you are in the Burgh. Down here my TV choices are the Falcons-Panthers or Chiefs-Raiders. Thankful for Steelers radio, available on SiriusXM.  Great to have Hillgrove back and enjoying every minute of Tunch.

All the best to Tunch Ilkin, recently diagnosed with ALS. From my experience, he's as good a guy as everyone else has said this week.

Doesn’t this offense remind you of Warren Moon’s Oilers run and shoot?

If you say so
