If coaching isn’t the problem what is? Tomlin is heavily involved in the draft and free agent process. This is while he isn’t coaching. Call it what you will they need a change in offensive and defensive philosophy.

The running backs have 4 Carrie’s, they have more penalties than 1st downs.  What happen to this team? The coaching is awful, the players have no on field discipline, and, the offensive line play is offensive!

The Steelers are leading in Time Of Possession and the defense is still getting pounded, so dispels the myth that the defense has been on the field too much. The real problem is that the lack talent outside of 3 players on that side of the ball who are very highly paid.
