I look forward to this chat every week, as we are all passionate about the Steelers. But, they have been on steady decline for years.  We all see it and know it.  Team/system is stale…..period.  Change is needed.  Not talking about QB, RB, LB, etc., it has to be the leadership.  Coach!   (MT will get another job quickly).   We need new head coach.  Steelers….go find one!
