Thanks Paul, people always say Tomlin was giving a bad roster like he had NO hand in it. I have never seen a coach get sooo many passes for their failures. He is a great leader of men but I don't think he is a great coach. There is a difference

Fields needs to be rolled out way more often.  He's not a drop  back passer, but with creative scheme he could be effective.  He didn't get that in Chicago and it ain't happening here.
