Hey Brah, by your logic we should hire Don Shula, double the victories in both regular season and Super Bowls as Tomlin.  He's a proven commodity.  Trade Tomlin if he's so valuable and get some sweet picks.  Tomlin walked into a ready made structure: coordinators, qb, organization.  They had been in 3 of the previous 6 AFCCGs.  They've been in one now in 12 years.  Absolute debacles when his teams do make the playoffs   Nearly blew the 1 Super Bowl he won against the worst team ever to make a Super Bowl.  There is no rational debate, he is overrated and a waste of time and money.
