i hate to say it but winning is really not helpful to the Steelers future. We are a middle of the road team at best right now in a very mediocre league! Our best chance to improve quicker is to draft higher! Tomlin has been the recipient of a franchise QB keeping his string of losing seasons going, winning against lesser teams does not help
