The longer upper management waits to correct coaching deficiencies, the longer this rebuild will take. I seriously hope Omar Khan and Andy Weidl are not “company men” and understand that tenure and longevity do not necessarily mean future success. It is time for change even if it IS just for the sake of change. The risk here is realizing five years from now that the real problem is STILL employed by the team. That can result in a ten year rebuild plan rather than 3-5 years.
