Here's the thing. Matt Canada is coaching the offensive system that Mike Tomlin wants. Tomlin wants a conservative, low risk, live in your fears offense. Tomlin has run off every aggressive or talented OC that the team has had during his tenure. Coach Tomin absolutely hated the pass heavy Big Ben offense. I don't think Canada is a good OC, but you're delusional if you think firing him tomorrow would make a difference. Tomlin will simply hire another guy to run the offense that he wants. It's not the OC. It's the people hiring and keeping the OC and their offensive philosophy.

Only influence that matters is Khan fires Tomlin and you bring in a McDaniel type to evolve with the times.  Tomlin has not once outsmarted anyone except Arty.
