Tomlin is the problem. He always has been. He hires inept coordinators that will never challenge his decisions or the way HE wants to do things. They will never win anything as long as he is pulling the strings. He benefited heavily from having a HOF QB his entire career. Hopefully someone in the front office will wake the #%^* up!!!

"Here's the thing. Matt Canada is coaching the offensive system that Mike Tomlin wants. Tomlin wants a conservative, low risk, live in your fears offense. Tomlin has run off every aggressive or talented OC that the team has had during his tenure. Coach Tomin absolutely hated the pass heavy Big Ben offense. I don't think Canada is a good OC, but you're delusional if you think firing him tomorrow would make a difference. Tomlin will simply hire another guy to run the offense that he wants. It's not the OC. It's the people hiring and keeping the OC and their offensive philosophy."

I really do like Mike Tomlin. I think he is a rare motivator but don't think he knows what is going on or that he's a big part of the problem.

I don't understand why anyone is surprised by any of this. There is only one thing that hasn't changed over the past 10 years. New players, new coordinators but the one BIG thing remains constant. Someone, anyone, please tell me what Tomlin has accomplished in the last decade. He is the poster child for Underachievement.

Scott, I also like Tomlin. However, he is leading the defense - horrendous. His offense is abysmal. The team hasn't won a playoff game in how many years? And we keep getting embarrassed. Watching this team is painful.
