While Tomlin may be a nice person, there are clear issues with his coaching that have been affecting the team's performance. Some of these include lack of effective game strategies, player development, and team/game preparator. He is  a terrible game time coach. As fans, we deserve a high level of coaching, and it's crucial that these concerns are addressed by the Rooney's. It's time to have an open and honest discussion about his role as an NFL coach and consider potential changes for the benefit of the team."

Dude, I have been calling for Mason over Trubisky since Trubisky got here.   If Ben had been a real team player and not just "Pointed him to the playbook" we would be in better shape since.  IMO.
