A complete front office and coaching staff cleaning is necessary. Year after year, the same old. Look at the successful teams and then the Steelers. Huge difference.

It's very clear Steelers need a complete overhaul from top to bottom - HC, OC for sure, GM.  They need a completely new approach, and there's no way the current management team is equipped to get the job done.
