Folks, time to wake up and face reality. Unless, the Steelers sign Aaron, or trade for Russell Wilson in the offseason, then we are squarely looking at a mammoth rebuild. Not even sure either of those players mentioned above could function behind this line. The North is not going to get worse, Ravens have a great front office and coaching, the Bengals are a few players away from being a legit threat in the AFC. It will be the Browns and Steelers battling for the cellar, neither have QBs capable of winning against better teams. It's time to focus on drafting (IMO) interior offensive line, linebacker and DB's, or getting them in FA. This is not a good year for QB's, Corrall is small, Pickett is a good college QB, but not sold on him as a pro. Willis stunk at Auburn and has faced weak competition at Liberty, and Sam Howell is another Baker Mayfield. The following year will be reach in Qb's. as both the QB's from Bama and OSU will be coming out.

While many know that Tomlin has a huge hand in drafting players, I'm assuming that Colbert hangs it up after this season. With Rooney actually hire a GM that doesn't have to kiss Tomlin's butt during the draft? Will Rooney require Tomlin to relinquish the defensive play calling (he has a figurehead DC) and allow someone to come in and actually lead the defense?
