Sure. Not so much buying their own hype, but just being overconfident, given the record. I think that's human nature. And it's why I've been saying I'd feel better about their postseason chances if they lose a game here and can shake off the perfect label.

From a purely seeding perspective, it's better to lose this game than Buffalo.  Buffalo is a conference game and a common opponent with KC and those are the first two tiebreakers.
