Had Carrasco go on DL, need a SP.  AL-only, best waiver ones seem to be: Mengden, D.Covey and Fiers.  Will Mengden regain form, will Covey regress sooner rather than later, and Fiers ...  well, had him a couple years ago, a bit scared off.  Thanks!
