I purposely waited on catcher (one C league) knowing that I would probably just drop the guy I ended up with at some point for a FA was producing better.  I didn't plan to do so this early, but Wilson Ramos has been terrible.  How early to I pull the plug for a Lucroy, Brian McCann or Russ Martin (OBP league)?

Russ Martin. Set and ignore. Maybe not much power but nice OBP. You can drop later for a power if other needs come up.

AL-Only league with starts limit. Want to target TB middle men to vulture wins with the starters only going 3 or 4, but Cash keeps switching the orders around. Is this a dumb move for me?

You just have to pick a guy and go with it. It's so tough to target Wins, especially from MR. Just play the best value for ERA, WHIP, and Ks and hope the Wins come.
