If most of your fantasy teams pitchers have bad matchups do you bench them and play for ratios or start everyone and play for cumulative stats?

Comes down to the standings, especially now. I have one league where I lucked into 4 closers and winning Saves and almost in ERA and WHIP. I throw out every 2-week starter I can. In others, I'm not so brash.
