I can’t buy Aquino, he swings at everything and struggles to make contact. I can’t find a comparable player to his 17% SwTrk in AAA at age 25 who went on to MLB success. Baez had the whiffs but at age 21. Gallo similar but at 22 and with exceptional patience. Closest 2019 AAA comp is Brinson. In terms of aggression/contact profile best case comp I find is Renfroe - do you think Aquino can be more and if so, how?

Is Kenley Jansen or Roberto Osuna worth dropping for a SPARP like Joe Ross or Adrian Houser in a points league? Both guys hardly pitch bc their teams are so good and have blown up once per week all season. Thanks!

Looking for your opinion on this...

I sent a trade offer in my roto league (my Mondesi and Mancini for K. Bryant). It was accepted by the other owner. We then receive a message from the commissioner saying the trade will have to be voided as the trade deadline was supposed to be July 31st. According to our league page, it said the deadline was August 23rd.

Other owners not involved think it should go through but the co-commissioners are wanting to find out if one of them changed the deadline date.

Is this a valid trade in your book or should it be vetoed?

It all comes down to league depth. In some leagues, owners will need to get everything from him and in others, he waiver wire fodder

Matt Boyd hasn't had a monthly ERA under 4.7 since May.  Is he essentially strikeouts and garbage? He certainly doesn't see to be ranked like that by everyone.

A lot of his value was anchored to the early start. I see him as a Chris Archer type with just two pitches and therefore the fastball gets hit around.
