Is Stanton worth holding ROS?

My league is a 5x5 (QS and OBP), 12-team, 6 keeper league. Right now, I have Dahl (20th rd keeper cost), Brandon Woodruff (17th rd), and Glasnow (8th rd) all on the DL.

Stanton cannot be kept at all for next season and I don't know if he will return prior to September. I'm attempting to squeak into the playoffs after injuries destroyed my early season.

At what point is Mitch Haniger cuttable in a 12 team roto dynasty?  I have him for 5% of my budget and I have much better long term options in the outfield.  Should I cut him?

The price is about right. $13 in a $260 budget league.
If going for it this year, drop him. Otherwise, keep him.
