Picked up fulmer for a buck earlier this week after his first start when I saw the increased velo stick.  Was surprised I didnt see more people jumping back in on him.  You're the first person I saw who appears to see what I saw.  Assuming he sticks with the current plan (less fb, more SL/CH), do you think he can up the K rate from where it was at pre-TJ?

Where would you have jeff Hoffman among the arms you mentioned in you're write up?  Normally I would just ignore him, but the fact that its cincys pitching coaches with their hands on him is making me pause.
