Skubal and it's not close. Oviedo's 4.6 BB/9 is a WHIP killer and is bringing up his ERA and lack of Wins
The problem is that Skubal isn't much better at 4.2 BB/9

Sandoval more of a long-term play obviously who appears ready to finally help this year (16.5% SwStr).
