My 12 teamer roster seems pretty good overall but we may be trending toward the bottom of the standings in AVG. Should I just pray to the BABIP gods or would you try to trade my Gallo/Sano types for higher average guys? If the latter, any targets I should look for?

If you have several low-average guys, you need to get them off your team now. Most teams can only handle one of them

Playing in a league (h2h) that has save and holds as categories. I have only one closer, should I go heavier on holds and let saves take care of themselves?

Just roster good relievers and the Saves, Holds, and Wins will come, especially with the 10 inning ghost runner.
