A few weeks back you said you use SwStr% to evaluate pitches, not pitchers. What number do you use to determine if an individual pitch is "good?" Most good strikeout pitchers seem to have an overall SwStr% of 12-15%, but I assume that the list of pitchers who get that by having three different pitches all above 12% is VERY short.
