The teams that have clinch have the off days to set up their rotations so no breaks. I think it will more likely be the wild card teams who have clinched and want to make sure their aces go from the start

In a SOLDS league, would you punt that category in favor of streamers if your opponent in the final has a clear advantage in that category? i.e. two more high quality relievers already.

Sure. Also, I don't know the size of your benches, but you can add bunch of closers looking like you might compete and he might even add in another reliever
