I'd be streaming at least one OF spot in a 12-teamer. Outman is a streamer based on facing enough righties. I'd lean Marsh over Joe.

1.1 probably IMO, 1.2 not so much. With the first few rounds, I try to limit my exposure if a injury happens

I'm not going to speculate with them. It's impossible to know which one and for how long. I'd focus on the guy (e.g. Mongomery with CHW) in system with needs.
