Are Kittridge and Vest reasonable saves option where my opponent has two similar options?  I could punt the category and overload with holds in a H2H where saves and holds are separate categories, but I hate to punt a category and Kittridge was great this week.

In all fairness, he might try the same thing. I'd try to run out the best pitchers (K/9, ERA, WHIP) so if you don't win Saves and Holds, you help yourself in those categories.
