I think there is a 40% chance Varland keeps the job all year. I think he's better than Hoffman but Varland could get hurt and he just needs to falter for a week and the team could make the swap

My SP are Bradish, McClanahan, Davis Martin, Gray (IL), Peipot (IL) and Kremer (IL). In a 12 team AL only 5x5 H2H keeper league using W+QS and $100 FAAB would you be desperate enough to throw a huge chunk of FAAB (we can trade them) to get Gilbert (his owner is willing to part with him for $40)?
