E Valdez on the Pirates seems to be able to hit the ball very far - over the heads of the other team's Outfielders. Should he be on my team instead of T Troy or M Shaw?

Lots of Valdez questions. He's started six times in the last 14 games. That unuseable. He has now started in three of the last four games, that's better.
Also, he has a 61% Contact% and 40% K%. That's not good at all.
