In a 6x6 league with OPS, Drop Adell or Jared Duran for Cole Young. Hard to quit Duran who I overpaid for in the draft, and is on track for a 25/25 season, even while hitting under Mendoza with a 30%K rate. Last 30 OPS under .500. Every day feels like it could be a 2HR day for Adell, but a lot of goose eggs waiting for those days. I have positional flexibility to drop an OF for a MI. You moving on from one or, in the right situation, both Duran/Adell? And is Young a right situation?

Would you bench Davis Martin for Kenley Jansen in a 12 team AL only H2H 5x5 using W+QS and S+1/2H? My SPs are McClanahan, Bradish, Baz, Gray and Prielipp (pending replacement). My RPs are Baker, Cleavinger and Wells.

I am in a (very old) NL keeper league with the quirk of having its trade deadline at the ASB. I'm currently in first, on the strength of cheap early adds of Jake Bauers, Casey Schmitt, and Esmerlyn Valdez, with Nasim Nuñez keeping me afloat in SBs. Which of these first-half "stars" would you be looking to trade, if any? Whose breakout do you buy the most/least?

xFIP is the one I use. I just know it correlates closely to MLB ERA. I'm going to steal this from one of my commenters, "You can't fake a good xFIP"
