I'm trying for both, and the % comes down to each league at this point. I have some leagues with people still with 25% or more of their budget left. In others, everyone is under 10%.
I'd just make sure you can add a couple of players per week on the way out.

I’m concerned that even if Goodman doesn’t go on IL, he’s going to see more days off down the stretch, if not an unofficial shutdown. would you sign off on dropping Ward for Kirk, to get some HG insurance heading into the playoffs?
