Dave Cameron seemed to absolve a lot of blame from Jeter and Co. on account of the outrageous and scandalous tomfoolery that was Loria and the resulting debt.  Is it really MLB's fault that the only people who wanted to buy a club $400MM underwater can't afford Stanton?
