This really depends on your class schedule and personal preferences, but students go to class, do homework, eat in the dining halls, and participate in various activities, make lots of new friends, explore New Haven - it is great!

Also, are dorm rooms locked by key or fob? If so, what are the policies for a lost key/fob? Thanks!

Dorm rooms are locked with a key;  entryways are locked with a prox card, usually your Yale ID.  If you lose it, there is a $50 cost.
