The pair of stone statues caught my eye. I could feel their eyes staring at me, following my every move. Although, scared, I reached out, tentatively, to  pat them on their heads. With a crack, a flash of light, everything went black. Black and silent.

I am in my cluttered-up shop and I see something on my desk. It is a golden birdcage, filled with something that looks like dirt. I mutter, "Yuck! I hate it when people put their rubbish on my desk!" I touch it. A flash of orange and red. I faint. Before I can say, "Cheese whizz!" I'm on some bird. Phoenix.
