How long does a guy have in a relief role before he is never considered a starter again? There was talk of Chapman being tried as a starter years ago. Same with Osuna in Toronto. Are those days gone, even for 21 year old Osuna?

Think this is the best team the Cubs will have with this core? Going to be tough to find starting pitching as good as they have had this year but the offense will get even better.
