The run of WRs and losing out on Davis made this pick inevitable. Maybe they can get Wyatt in the second round. Definitely mixed feelings

They gonna cut mason? They had first round grade on him. But he has not impressed. Also doesnt Mitch have better measurables than Pickett ? Thank goodness they didn’t draft the “QB” from liberty junior college. That guy should switch to a different position.

Yes, huge mistake by the team--Colbert has crewed up his last draft under the delusion that w/Pickett he can have a lasting positive impact for the franchise. It WILL BE lasting, but in a negative way.

A few of this have said this ... No. 20 is a pretty low-risk pick to spend on the first QB taken in the draft. Better than possibly blowing a top 5 pick on one. Which many, many teams have done.

Picket is the blue collar, conservative choice. He's accurate; he can think. He can move a bit as well. He's the odds on favorite to be a solid starter. The Steelers were never going to be so bad they'd have a shot at next year's top QBs.

Pickett has the size and production that Willis didn't. They rarely draft QBs as short at Willis. I'm just stunned. Everyone thought they liked Malik over Kenny. Wow!!!
