Hi Will, thanks for hosting these chat sessions. I have applied for PhD at the dept. of ME on Dec. 1st week and am still waiting for a decision. UPenn is my first choice, but I have to take a decision by April 15. Will all the PhD decisions be rolled out by then? Thanks.

Subhamoy, I'm sorry, but we can't guarantee when the decision will be released. I hope they'll all be out, but it's up to the department.

Hi Will, I have just checked my application status. My GRE status is still "Needed" and overall application status is "Material Needed". I have ordered my GRE score to sent to 2888. I think it will just a matter of time. But I wonder whether this will delay the review of my application?

Shuo, this won't delay the review if you reported your unofficial scores on your application. You can also email us at gradstudies@seas.upenn.edu and we can look up to see if we have any issue with matching the official scores to your application.
