Yes, a third letter can be submitted. However, it will be up to the program as to whether or not any information submitted after your application is selected for review is considered.

Nikhil, you can log into your application account and then click on either the "View Form PDF" or "View Form HTML" buttons. This is how you can view your application and the documents you submitted.

Guest, yes it can be. But if the application is selected for review before the 3rd letter is submitted, it's up to the program if the 3rd letter will be included in the review.

when i made payment, the bank did not approve it twice for random security check and I had to use back key twice taking me to last page of the form, where I again click Submit

Also we change the attachments more than once during the complete process, though we make sure the right attachments are included, but applicant shall be able to see all he has submitted

but irrespective of any thing, the applicant should be able to see his full application including all his attachments except for LOR's

I submitted my application and can view a pdf of my app. For the attachments (resume and SOP), it just has the name of pdf file but it's not attached to the end of my application. Should I be able to see the attachments? Just want to make sure they are submitted

Guest, not at this time. As I was stating to Nikhil, it is rare for there to be any issues with the documents when they are uploaded. If there is an issue, we will contact you about it.

Hello Will, I already submitted my application for the MCIT on-campus program. I am thinking to apply for the MCIT online when the application opens next January. I am wondering can I use the same recommendations for the online program application? and do the recommenders submitted again if so. Thanks!

Anny, you would need to ask the Online program if they would allow this. You can email them at online-learning@seas.upenn.edu. If they say yes, they can instruct you on how to do that, and then they'll work with us to get your letters.
