CJ Ngeh, you'll have to be more specific with your question, but the requirements are pretty strict, unless you're asking about the dpi for the portfolio, this can be increased; it's so low to try and keep the overall file size low.

Sushanth, the CIS program, like all of our master's programs, has a fixed decision release date. The decisions are not rolling.

Yitian, last year the Mechanical Engineering program had a 52% admit rate. We don't yet know what it will be for this year, as the deadline is February 1.
Ben, the decisions come out on a rolling basis - whenever the department decides to admit someone.

Sam, I'm sorry, but the PhD programs handle those details, and I don't know when they are doing it this year. It is usually in February or early March.

To everyone asking about decisions - here's the link that lists all of the dates when the Master's decisions will go out: https://gradadm.seas.upenn.edu/how-to-apply/. We do not have specific dates for PhD decisions, but we try to send them, or at least on-campus interview requests (for the departments that do on campus interviews) 6-8 weeks after the Dec 15 deadline.
