I had an interview with EE (for the PhD program) this month. Do the decisions for those interviewed come before the rest or are decisions usually released all at once at some later date?

Abel, you can reach out to the potential advisor, although at this point they may not respond, as they are going to be in the middle of application reviews, classes starting and their research, so an unsolicited email from someone they've never met may be relatively low priority.

Peixuan, we usually send out PhD Decisions, 6-8 weeks after the application deadline, but ultimately it's up to the departments.
